The Mead is a new events app for Southmead that allows businesses, community groups and other, smaller, establishments to advertise events that they are having, when they are and where they are.
The Mead focuses on a search function, where a user can request to look for events that are on a certain day of the week or a certain time of day.
Using the website that accompanies the app, http://themead.dev.southmedia.co.uk, any user can create a group and events as they wish.
